Geri McKenna

Geri is an executive coach; facilitator and change management consultant supporting individuals and teams navigate their way through change.

Geri' career started over 15 years ago in the not for profit sector before embarking on a range of project and change roles across the local government, the NHS and most recently management consultancy.

She is a qualified Executive Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM7) and accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She is a Time to Think™ certified facilitator and EQ-I 2.0 (emotional intelligence diagnostic) practitioner.

Geri's extensive first hand experience of complex transformational change enables her to support her clients navigate change with ease, lead and develop resilience. She creates a safe, non-judgmental and creative space where her clients feel appreciated, listened to and heard, and where they have the time to think, explore and appraise the professional challenges and opportunities open to them.

Alina Addison

Alina is an accredited executive coach (ILM7 and EMCC), with 20+ years of front line business and leadership experience. Prior to executive coaching, she worked as a chartered accountant with PwC and is an ex investment banker with Rothschild. Alina has coached senior executives in leadership roles in global corporations and has delivered workshops on: "Leading with Emotional Intelligence", "Working with Strengths" and "Managing Your Personal Brand" to various investment banks and professional services firms.

Prior to training as an Executive Coach, Alina worked for 15 years with Rothschild, latterly as a Managing Director and Head of Trading and Execution. As a Chartered accountant with PwC, she specialized in financial advisory, insolvency and turnaround.

Alina holds RocheMartin Emotional Intelligence ECR certification; ILM7 Executive Coaching accreditation; and EMCC Coach Practitioner and EIA accreditation.

Alina coaches leaders and aspiring leaders, mainly in financial services, banking and professional services. Her clients describe her coaching style as challenging, energizing, inspiring and unflinchingly honest. Her approach is to encourage and support her clients to adapt to change by developing practical solutions and reinforcing the best in them.

Keith Stopforth

Keith is a commercially focused Leadership Coach and Facilitator able to work with business leaders at all levels in order for them to identify, leverage and mobilise their Key Strengths in order to meet their challenges and opportunities.

Keith has over 25 years of experience working as a Leader in Retail, Financial Services and Private Healthcare. Since 2012 he has operated independently throughout a number of sectors including Outsourcing, Legal, Finance, Banking, Construction and Healthcare.

Keith is educated to Masters Level and holds Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) Status with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. He is qualified to ILM L7 in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring. Keith is also accredited in Discovery Insights and Strengthscope psychometric tools.

Keith works with clients to develop self - awareness, build strategies for personal change and deal with challenges.

Keith is described as intuitive, positively challenging and hugely supportive by his current and past clients. Seen as instrumental in helping many leaders to cross personal boundaries and achieve their true potential.
