Employees want their leaders to be authentic. Essential to achieving this is making sense of who we are, and our purpose is ever more important if we want to be authentic leaders.
I've been helping leaders navigate through the pitfalls of failed leadership, self-doubt, uncertainty, over-confidence, low self-esteem, to name just a few, in my roles as a HR Director. That's why I am passionate about working with and believe I can help highly motivated, ambitious executives, leaders, teams and individuals who are committed to doing everything to progress their life to the next level.

Working with Simone helped me successfully transition from CFO to MD/CEO. It gives me an objective, challenging and supportive forum during a period of significant change, but always with a focus on turning the insight gained in the sessions into positive action.
